Clinical Fellow (CT1/2 Equivalent) In ICU/Emergency Dept
(Full Time or Part Time)
We wish to appoint a number of Clinical Fellows (CT1/2 Equivalent) in Intensive Care Medicine and Emergency Medicine to commence on 4th August 2021 until 2nd August 2022. Posts are for 6 months in each speciality or 12 months in intensive care, depending on individual preferences.
Full Registration with the GMC is essential, as is expected completion of Foundation level (F2) competencies before commencing the post.
Posts are based at Southmead Hospital, Bristol. There are up to 5 posts of 12 months ICM, and up to 12 posts of 6 months each in EM and ICM. A number of 6-month posts in ICM-only may also be available.
North Bristol NHS Trust is the largest acute trust in the South West of England. Southmead Hospital is a designated Major Trauma Centre, as well as a regional referral centre for renal medicine, urology, vascular and transplant surgery, neurology and neurosurgery. The trust has good links with the University of Bristol and the University of the West of England. Experience and familiarity with UK hospital systems and practices or equivalent is essential.
