An exciting opportunity has arisen to be part of a dynamic team within the NBT eXtra department. NBT eXtra are the Trusts temporary staffing solution, and sources, places and maintains Bank and Agency staff for the Trust.

The Placement Officer role is a vital part of the Department, as they’re responsible for placing staff within the Trust when the need arises. The Bookings Centre offers a comprehensive telephone service to Trust Managers, Employees and External Bodies.

The postholder will be required to work 37.5 hours per week, and must be flexible in working hours. Shifts could be as below

06:30 - 14:30, 08:00-16:00, 09:00 - 17:00, 10:00-18:00, 11:00-19:00, 14:00-22:00. Although hours may vary slightly due to service needs.

The postholder will be required to take part in a weekend rota, which will be 1 in 4 weekends.
