Resourcing Lead (6 Months Fixed Term. 0.6 WTE), to £28.4k pro rata + excellent NHS benefits.

Recruitment/Resourcing Lead required by one of the UK’s largest NHS Hospital Trusts. You’ll work autonomously to mastermind recruitment strategies and guide delivery for business critical vacancies within a specified Clincal Divisions. Basic of up to £28.4k pro rata (0.6 WTE - 22.5 hours a week) + excellent NHS benefits.

THE ROLE: As Resourcing Lead You will act as the interface between the resourcing team and hiring managers. You'll work with hiring managers across the Trust to understand recruitment needs, provide consultancy on recruitment strategies, create recruitment plans, work with managers to develop appropriate job descriptions and job adverts, and then liaise closely with the resourcing team to maximise their effective delivery.

YOU: The successful Resourcing Lead will have good experience as a client facing recruiter. You will have strong experience in managing client relationships, qualifying vacancies and either personally delivering, or overseeing others to deliver against these.
