Apprentice Post - Assistant Technical Officer– Homecare Services (ATO)
(37.5 hrs per week) £14,026 per annum (2018/19 pay deal) rising to £17,460 after successful completion of 12 month apprenticeship.

This exciting new opportunity has arisen within the Pharmacy Homecare Team to help further shape the future of the services in this fast paced and pro-active environment in line with Hackett recommendations.
This role will involve supporting the Homecare and Procurement Technician in providing day to day Pharmacy Homecare function for the Trust.
You will need to be Self-motivated with an organised and logical approach to work, flexible under pressure and accurate with a high attention to detail.
Your main daily duties will be:
The daily creation of purchase orders against valid Homecare prescriptions and transition of all relevant documents in a timely and secure manner to relevant Homecare provider(s) in accordance with agreed contracts and SLA’s.
Receiving, reconciling and processing Homecare Invoices to make ready for payment.
This job is a vital position within the Pharmacy Department and requires a conscientious and adaptable person who has a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Good communication skills are essential as is an ability to work within a multidisciplinary team.
The working hours are Monday to Friday 8.00am to 4.15pm
