Do you want to be part of transforming the way we work across NBT, improving the experience of our patients and your colleagues?  Then why not join the Perform Academy as a coach on secondment and help us work together as OneNBT to become a more sustainable organisation.

Perform has already supported ward staff to create real change to improve discharge processes and now we are moving into new areas of the hospital and want you to join us on this journey.

We can promise you a challenging role but also an opportunity to develop your skills in leadership, coaching, communication, problem-solving and teamwork. You will also undertake a formal coaching qualification.

To maintain a diverse team, we would encourage individuals from non-clinical areas and with protected characteristics to apply.

No matter where you currently work or your background, we want you to help change the culture of the organisation to reduce delays and improve our performance.

Secondments are available starting on 1st April 2019, with a variety of length on offer (minimum 4 months)

Please discuss with your manager before applying to ensure that they are supportive of this secondment opportunity.
