North Bristol Trust's Pain Services have an exciting opportunity as an Administration Assistant and are looking for an enthusiastic, self-motivated individual, capable of assisting members of the public as well as clinical colleagues. You must be able to use your own initiative, be a team player with an excellent eye for detail. You will need to be highly organised, have excellent IT and audio typing skills. You should have the ability to work effectively under pressure and produce a high standard of work.

Core tasks will include:

  • Liaising daily with patients and clinical colleagues via phone call and emails
  • Audio typing of clinical reports and letters
  • Booking appointments and managing waiting lists
  • Management of databases
  • Production and processing of files
  • General administration

The successful candidate will be joining a well-rounded and welcoming team consisting of Psychologists, Physiotherapists and Occupational Therapists.
