An exciting opportunity for a full-time Band 6 - Elective Care Performance Co-ordinator has arisen within the Performance Team, Operations Division, at Southmead Hospital.
The Performance Team provides assurance to the Trust’s Board around Operational Performance by working collaboratively with the 5 Clinical Divisions of the Hospital.
The successful candidate will work closely with key internal stakeholders to ensure a continual service improvement regarding Elective Care, Referral to Treatment and DM01 whilst ensuring that key performance targets are achieved. The post incorporates numerous roles including, performance management, statistical reporting, managing complex processes, data manipulation & presentation, project management / support, problem solving, policy administration, and data quality.
Applicants must be educated to degree level or equivalent with relevant qualifications or experience in an NHS Performance Management Role ideally with a full understanding of the Government’s objectives in respect of Patients’ Access and other associated NHS Plan targets.
Applicants must have expertise knowledge of the national RTT standards (Referral to Treatment) as well the BNSSG Patient Access Policy.
