North Bristol NHS Trust (NBT) is the largest NHS organisation in the South West with ambitious plans to provide outstanding care for the populations of Bristol, North Somerset and South Gloucestershire.  It is a centre for specialist health services for major trauma, neurosciences, vascular centre, plastics and burns, orthopaedics and renal and transplant services and is also a prestigious, internationally recognised teaching and research organisation providing care regionally and nationally.

With a turnover of £550m and 9000 staff, our clinical teams have built a strong reputation for excellent healthcare.

Our acute services moved into a brand new, state of the art hospital building in May 2014. The new 850 bed facility at the Southmead site offers patients single room with ensuite facilities, greatly improving privacy and dignity and reducing the spread of infection.

The benefits you will get from joining the Nuclear medicine Team are a strong commitment from NBT for your individual personal development, the prospect to work with a fantastic and friendly team of peers, and a department that is always open to new ideas and suggestions.

Bristol is well served by road, rail air and cycling links making it ideally placed for access to South Wales, the West Country and further afield. Bristol and Bath are also well served with theatre, cinema and leisure facilities.
