An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated, innovative and highly skilled registered nurse to join our band 7 senior nurse team in one of best performing units in the country (MBRACCE 2018).
The successful candidate will be a motivated and dedicated nurse with clinical, leadership and management skills with at least 2 years at B6. They need to have a passion for high quality patient/family care within neonates, well-developed communication & relationship skills and a positive, mature and professional attitude.
Based at Southmead Hospital, Bristol, we are one of the Regional Neonatal Intensive Care Units for the South Western Delivery Network.The Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) is a well-established neonatal service with specialist medical and neurological treatment providing intensive care, high dependency care, special care and transitional care for hundreds of babies each year. We have 34 cots, comprising of 16 Intensive care or high dependency cots, 18 special care cots and 10 transitional care cots. .
