We are looking for an ambitious and experienced manager with a passion for operational management, and who is ready for an exciting role in the Medicine Division.

If you are looking to broaden your leadership and management skills, whilst supporting and influencing your specialty teams to deliver and develop high quality services, then this could be the role for you.

You will work closely with the General Manager, Cluster and Clinical Leads and Ward Matrons to manage a group of defined specialties, as well as having a role in divisional level opportunities and operations to meet the needs of the Division and your development needs.

It is a great time to join the division as we rise to the challenges we are facing with unprecedented growth in urgent and emergency care as well as our planned care elective portfolio. You will therefore need to demonstrate strong leadership, influential and operational management skills, in order to meet performance targets, service objectives and meet business planning, finance and workforce demands. You should be able to influence and lead our teams through change, and not be afraid to strive for excellence whilst pushing boundaries.

If you feel this job is ideal for you I would be delighted to speak to you on the phone or arrange a visit to discuss.
