NORTH BRISTOL NHS TRUST
CLINICAL FELLOW (F2/CT1/2 LEVEL)
We currently have opportunities for post foundation or CMT doctors to join our medical teams as Clinical Fellows.
These are non-training posts but they are able to offer wide clinical experience in all medical specialties, including Acute Medicine, Cardiology, Respiratory, Complex Elderly/frailty, Gastroenterology, Haematology and Infectious diseases, with the opportunity for rotation to renal and neurological medicine for some posts.
We are able to provide excellent mentorship and supervision. The posts provide exciting opportunity for those who may wish to gain additional medical experience before deciding a future career path.
Although the posts are not part of the training rotations, we are able to offer similar opportunities, including leave and financial support for study opportunities on the recommendation of your supervisor. We actively encourage post holders to participate in teaching, QI projects and to become part of the specialty teams.
All posts will participate in the Medicine acute on call rota.
Posts are offered on a six month term with opportunity to extend to a year.
Candidates must have, or be eligible for, GMC registration that allows them to work in posts that are not recognised for training. It is desirable that candidates have experience and familiarity with UK hospital systems and practices or equivalent.

Salary Range: £31,217 - £41,300 basic pa
In addition to the above there will be a supplement for out of hours working.
