An exciting opportunity has arisen within our Medical Workforce team that will utilise your existing HR skills and develop new ones. We will provide the successful candidate with the knowledge and skills to carry out the role successfully and fully involve them in the development of our service and team. .
For this role we are looking for HR professionals, who ideally have knowledge of medical terms and conditions that can provide expert support on medical workforce interventions and projects, researching and suggesting new initiatives and developing resources. You will be a key link for Divisional management teams in all matters relating to junior and senior medical staff.
You should be educated to degree level or equivalent with experience of working within an HR, recruitment or medical staffing function.
You should have the ability to pro-actively support short and long term projects; be able to analyse, interpret and present workforce information to inform team priorities and medical workforce projects; be able to adjust to changing work environment whilst managing conflicting priorities.
