We are seeking a full time hardworking, professional, motivated Senior Patient Pathway Imaging Secretary to join our very busy team.
You will be based in the Brunel Building working alongside a team of 10 Secretaries.
You will be required to provide an efficient high quality administrative secretarial service to consultants and managers as well as being responsible for overseeing the Imaging aspects of the patients’ pathway.
You will need to demonstrate tact and sensitivity as you will be dealing directly with patients, primarily over the phone, therefore excellent communication skills are essential for this post.
This office is extremely busy and a ‘can do attitude’ is essential to ensure that you participate fully with the demands of the role, which will include shared tasks as well as managing your own workload
A high standard of IT knowledge is essential and you must have knowledge of Microsoft office packages.
Awareness of National Targets for Diagnostic Imaging and RTT’s would be advantageous.
Knowledge of NBT systems such as CRIS, ICE and Lorenzo is desirable however in house training will be given.
You must possess NVQ 3, GCSE/A level (including English and Maths) equivalent or be able to demonstrate you have sound and relevant office experience
