An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our Gynaecology Infertility Outpatient Teams as a Receptionist. The role is varied and interesting and includes face-to-face contact with patients coming into the department, dealing with various challenging situation within the confines of a busy outpatient service, answering numerous telephone calls from patients, staff member, outside agencies and GP practices, ensuring Lorenzo is updated with checking in and checking out of all patients and clinics, and preparing notes for clinics on a daily basis. You will be liaising with other departments within the division and also Trust wide to provide the best patient experience within the Trust.

This is a busy but exciting role that will allow you to use your excellent organisational and people skills to make a real difference within the Trust

The role will be based in BCRM building.
