Putting Patients First
Working Well Together

Striving For Excellence
We are looking to continue the progression for Healthcare Assistants who have a passion for working in the health care sector and are able to demonstrate enthusiasm for learning and development and safe patient care. You will be a high performing individual who is flexible and driven by the exciting challenges that lie ahead while demonstrating that you can live the Trusts values.

Where this is not the case and training is required for the post you will remain on your current band 2 pay scale until you have completed the relevant training required for this role.
