An exciting opportunity has arisen at North Bristol NHS Trust for a mechanical building services technician based at Southmead Hospital, Bristol.

The role of Maintenance Manager in the busy estate maintenance department facilitates the operational aspects of mechanical building services maintenance, both planned and reactive. Advanced organisational skills are required to coordinate maintenance activity with the service users in order to minimise disruption to service delivery.

If you enjoy a challenge and work well under pressure to meet tight deadlines with a desire to learn more and take on additional duties relating to maintenance, such as pressure systems and ventilation authorised person roles. then please read the person specification and consider this opportunity.

This role is one of a number in a team supporting the delivery of public sector healthcare provision at Southmead Hospital and other satellite facilities.

Venue:- Pines Training Room ( Behind Bright Satellite Unit) Southmead Hospital BS105NB.

The interview will consist of a panel of three managers and a 10 minute presentation. You will be sent further information if you are shortlisted following the closing date.
