Emergency Preparedness Resilience and Response (EPRR) Manager - Band 8a
We are pleased to offer an exciting opportunity within North Bristol Trust for the post of EPRR manager.
This post is key to the Trusts management and response to emergency preparedness and offers the successful candidate the opportunity to develop our existing arrangements and to create new strategies and plans which will enable the Trust to respond appropriately to a wide range of abnormal situations
This post sits within the Operations Division and will be working alongside the clinical divisional teams and with local and regional colleagues to ensure that the Trust policies and business continuity are enacted appropriately and that regular reviews and lessons learned are incorporated into development and revision of plans.
As our Trust and system moves through the restoration phase following the Covid-19 pandemic, this role will play an important part of our future resilience planning.
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate extensive experience and training in emergency planning, together with evidenced professional and managerial skills. The ability to communicate with a wide variety of colleagues from clinical and support backgrounds is essential.
