Emergency Department Matron

Our Emergency Department is looking for an OUTSTANDING leader.

We are looking for a talented compassionate leader who will work closely with the clinical lead and general manager to take our Emergency Department forward.

Our Emergency Department is a designated major trauma centre for the Severn Region. There were 91,678 attendances a year and the department has a 6 bedded resus, majors area, seated assessment and minor injuries unit .

The most recent CQC inspection rated urgent and emergency care as outstanding for caring and well led.

As Emergency Department Matron you will have recent experience in acute care and a proven  track record of improving patient experiences/ safety.  We will ensure you are supported to succeed.
