Please note that if you apply for a position with this Trust, you may be contacted via Trac or via email. This includes invites for job interviews. We therefore recommend that you regularly check your Trac Account and email accounts.
Please note that this job advert will close as soon as sufficient applications have been received. So if you are interested, please apply for this vacancy as soon as you can.
Applications are invited from enthusiastic, adaptable individuals who would enjoy working as part of a friendly team providing the Cytology service in this busy department. You will be involved in a range of tasks including the receipt and preparation of laboratory samples, molecular testing of screening samples, organising laboratory workflow data-entry and general laboratory and office duties.
The work is varied and interesting requiring good attention to detail. Applicants are required to have keyboard skills and, while previous laboratory experience would be an advantage, it is not essential as full training will be provided.
