An exciting opportunity has arisen within Cancer Services for a Band 3 Assistant MDT Coordinator. This person will take a lead role in ensuring the effective tracking of patients on suspected cancer pathways and working with clinical teams to ensure all patients referred to NBT with suspected cancer receive an exceptional level of service within the national cancer waiting timeframes.
We are welcoming applications from people with experience of managing patient pathways, excellent communication skills, the ability to lead and the ability to think independently and problem solve.

The postholder will have access to vulnerable people in the course of their normal duties and as such this post is subject to the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act (Exceptions Order) 1975 and as such it will be necessary for a submission for Disclosure to be made to the Disclosure and Barring Service to check for any previous criminal convictions.
