We are looking to recruit a BI Specialist to oversee and manage the Business Intelligence Development, Data Quality and Central Analytics team. The ideal candidate will be a skilled IT professional, with knowledge and experience of managing BI development and/or reporting teams.  You will have in depth knowledge experience of working within health informatics and managing BI services for providing mandated NHSE and commissioning submissions.  The candidate must also have significant knowledge and experience of providing guidance and consultancy of architecting ETL processes and reporting based on industry best practice and standards that factor in high resilience, Data Quality, performance and availability. We are seeking someone who is organized, hard-working, flexible, and enjoys a fast paced varied working environment. The candidate must have in depth experience in senior stakeholder management with the ability to translate technical processes to non-technical audiences. 

The Trust has placed a significant investment in enhancing the provision of high quality information to the clinicians, managers and decision makers at all levels, and the wider regional healthcare system. You will be part of a small team of expert technicians, working as part of a highly skilled BI department that will move the Trust forward.
