Patient Support Team – Bank Domestic Operatives
£8.21 per hour (including annual leave).
NBT eXtra is the temporary staffing service for the trust and we currently have exciting opportunities to work evenings as a Domestic within the Patient Support Teams.
The Domestic role is an important role to ensure we deliver a high quality service to deliver the high standards required in the hospital environment.
The role will consist mainly of general ward, theatre and departmental cleaning, including infection deep cleans as required. There will be some secondary requirements to be involved in the movement of patients, consumable products, waste, furniture and medical equipment.
You will be a team player with good communication skills and will be required to undertake basic literacy and numeracy training and attend a one stop shop Assessment Centre.
Please note this advert will close after a week and an Assessment Centre will be held week commencing 26 February 2018.

The postholder will have access to vulnerable people in the course of their normal duties and as such this post is subject to the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act (Exceptions Order) 1975 and as such it will be necessary for a submission for Disclosure to be made to the Disclosure and Barring Service to check for any previous criminal convictions.
