Improvement Programme Manager (Grade 8a)

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Manager to join the Programme Management Office (PMO) team at North Bristol NHS Trust. If you are a seasoned practitioner in the management of multiple programmes of work and have strong communication and influencing skills then this could be the role for you and we would strongly encourage you to apply. A good understanding of financial management and reporting is essential and it would be desirable for you to have a qualification such as PRINCE2 or Managing Successful Programmes to support your application.


The successful post holder will be responsible for managing a number of work programmes in order to deliver financial savings whilst maintaining service quality. The post holder will be a key contributing member of the PMO in delivering a central role to drive, support and report on the delivery of financial and quality improvements, both across the Trust and within specific Divisional and Corporate areas.
