An exciting opportunity for a full-time Band 4 Private Practice Waiting List Coordinator has arisen within the ASCR (Anaesthesia, Surgery, Critical Care and Renal) division at Southmead Hospital. The successful candidate will be responsible for the waiting list co-ordination of private practice work undertaken at North Bristol NHS Trust. This would be for a fixed term for 12 month period or as a secondment if agreement secured with line manager.


The successful candidate would need to have exceptional organisational skills, eye for detail and be able to prioritise changing workloads. Responsibilities would include organising workloads ensuring that resources are utilised.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our team. Experience of waiting list management would be desirable.

The post holder will ensure that at all times the principles of our values are upheld and that he/she is an ambassador for the Trust by being caring, helpful, open & honest and demonstrating high levels of teamwork.
