An exciting opportunity has arisen within the newly established Hospital at Home service at North Bristol NHS Trust. This is an excellent position that will allow you to consolidate your existing clinical experiences and transfer them to the community setting whilst remaining in an acute hospital.

The role of the Senior Staff Nurse in the Hospital at Home team will be primarily based at Southmead Hospital, supporting the identification and transfer of patients to the service. As a Senior Staff Nurse, you will be responsible for the co-ordination of the shift, managing staff to ensure treatments are delivered to patients in their home. At times, you are required to undertake community visits.

It is essential that applicants have use of their own car as daily travel is required across the Bristol and surrounding areas.
