Bath Satellite Dialysis Unit
Are you looking for a new role, or considering a change, which would enable you to develop new skills and contribute to the support of patients undergoing kidney dialysis? We are looking for caring and motivated people to work within our satellite units across the Bristol area. The key responsibilities of this role are: Supporting patients who are undergoing kidney dialysis treatment in an outpatient unit. Preparing the dialysis area and making sure all equipment is readily available. Assisting patients with a range of mobility needs to their treatment chairs, making them comfortable and serving beverages. Supporting the dialysis staff to maintain a high standard of hygiene, through cleaning patient’s machine and chairs on completion of treatment. Assist with stores ordering, replenishing and maintain stock levels. Ensuring a safe environment through maintaining a tidy and clean unit. The Dialysis Units are open 6 days a week, closed on Sunday. Opening hours are 06.30hrs till 02.00am. We would welcome you to visit the unit and meet the team to gain a greater understanding of the role and what it involves.
